As a manufacturer, ECHO® does not sell products directly to customers and therefore are unable to offer returns or exchanges. We recommend reaching out to the retailer or dealer where the product was purchased, as they will have their own return and exchange policy in place.
Home Depot, or a Home Depot customer, may contact ECHO® to request an "RGA" number (Return Goods Authorization). ECHO® does not issue RGA numbers, as we do not accept returns. Any return would be handled at Home Depot’s discretion.
