What if a part has been discontinued/obsolete on an ECHO® product?

Over time, certain parts may be discontinued if they are no longer used in current models. ECHO® guarantees parts availability for up to 10 years after the unit’s final production. Once a part is discontinued, it will no longer be available for purchase through ECHO®. However, some dealers may still have stock on hand. Customers will need to contact their local ECHO® dealer directly as we are not able to see dealer inventory. Discontinued parts may also sometimes be found through third-party sellers such as eBay. If a customer asks whether a part from a different model will fit, we cannot confirm compatibility unless the part has been tested and approved for that specific model.
