ECHO® products can be used to remove growth around a body of water however, they are not designed to be submerged in water to remove aquatic growth.
ECHO® did offer underwater cutting attachments, RSAR-2500 (1997), RSAR-2501 (1999) and RSAR-3000 (2003). These attachments are no longer available.
