Current ECHO® straight shaft trimmers are equipped with a compact 8-inch shield. This design provides improved maneuverability when trimming in tight spaces while meeting all applicable U.S. trimmer shield safety standards. The shield is made from durable, high-quality polymer and features an integrated anti-wrap guard to help reduce grass and weed buildup.
